Why haven't I received a confirmation email?

If you have not received an email automatically after you placed your order, then that means the email you provided was mistyped. Please contact us on our Contact Us page so that we can make the changes necessary.

I ordered the wrong size can I make a correction?

As long as the processing is not completed, meaning you have not received a tracking number, then yes, we may exchange the size of the item ordered. This only applies to items that are not personalized/customized.

I received a notification that my item is on it's way but there has not been any updated to the tracking?

Please allow 24 to 72 hours for USPS to update their tracking information. If more  than 72 hours has passed by and no updates are showing then please contact us so that we may investigate the issue.

Can I Cancel My Order?

No, cancellations are allowed but we do accept exchanges. Please let us know as soon as possible so that we can arrange the changes. Note: We cannot make exchanges for personalized /customized  items unless we are contacted within 24 hours after placing the order.

It has been more than three to four weeks and my order still has not arrived?

Please make sure you read the description of all products bought. Some items that are personalized take longer since they have to be designed. 

Due to the Worldwide pandemic many mail carriers have lost huge amounts of staff and shipping processing has slowed down 1 to 2 weeks because of it and no fault of Beauty Parlour.

Please understand that it is the aim of Beauty Parlour to process your items within 2 days and ship immediately so that you may receive your item within 6 to 12 days max. We appreciate any and all feedback about our product and our service to you. Our main aim is customer satisfaction.
